We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team on a part-time basis, working 20 hours per week remotely from New York, United States. This role involves a 1-month probation period to help you settle into our operations.

Your responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and project data to support construction management initiatives.

• Evaluate operational workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align analytical findings with project goals.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role within the construction or related sector.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Compensation

The pay rate for this role is USD 35–55 per hour.
