The ideal candidate will be responsible for

• Act as an agile scrum master tkeep project teams on track, tensure tasks are.

• Help build internal Salesforce applications for business customers.
• Use wireframes and screen mock-ups thelp both development and end users.

• Collaborate with the Developers, Application and Data Architects tproduce.

• Help lead process flow analysis and process redesign.
• Lead requirement discussions tdocument, analyze and translate functional and

• Maintain requirements traceability and document change requests
• Create or update project deliverables, artifacts and technical specifications in
• accordance with client requirements
• Work closely with Architects, Developers, and PMs tdefine testing strategies
• Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures
• Perform Quality Assurance testing tmeet project demands.
• Assist the team with troubleshooting problems and developing.

1. Minimum of 5 years business analysis experience in a structured software development environment
2. Minimum of 3 years quality assurance tester experience in a structured software development environment
3. Minimum of 2 years Agile software development experience
4. Excellent understanding of the software development life cycle
5. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
6. Ability tunderstand and document technical/functional IT requirements
7. Ability tunderstand and test technical/functional IT requirements
8. Experience with integration of applications toutside internal or external applications
9. Bachelors Degree
