Responsibilities: Collaborate with business users to identify and define data that needs to be archived from decommissioned applications
Work closely with technical teams to draft comprehensive requirements for data archiving, ensuring the preservation of critical business information
Analyze business processes and requirements to determine the necessary reporting functionalities required to maintain business continuity post-application decommissioning
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
Document detailed requirements and specifications for applications that require re-platforming to modern technologies, facilitating the decommissioning of legacy systems
Participate in scrum ceremonies, providing updates on project progress and addressing any issues or concerns that arise
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the retail and supply chain domain
Qualifications: 4+ years' experience working as a Business Analyst
Strong understanding of data management principles and experience with data archiving processes
Proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
Retail or supply chain environment preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field preferred
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
