Business Analyst – Digital Learning & AI Adoption

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a global initiative focused on accelerating the adoption of Digital and AI capabilities across the organization through modern learning experiences and scalable learning programs.

You will work at the intersection of business, technology, learning operations, and digital transformation, partnering closely with IT teams, Global Learning & Development (L&D), business stakeholders, vendors, and subject matter experts to deliver engaging and impactful learning experiences.

This is a highly visible role with global exposure, combining business analysis, learning operations, stakeholder management, analytics, and continuous improvement activities.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to digital learning and capability-building initiatives.
  


• Partner with stakeholders, IT teams, Global L&D, and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and translate them into scalable solutions.
  


• Coordinate global learning programs, workshops, webinars, and experiential learning sessions.
  


• Manage learning operations including registrations, communications, scheduling, learner engagement, content management, and platform administration.
  


• Support learning technology platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  


• Create dashboards, reports, and metrics to measure learning adoption, engagement, and business impact.
  


• Facilitate speaker coordination, event logistics, dry runs, post-event activities, and learner feedback collection.
  


• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the learner experience and operational efficiency.
  


• Provide regular status updates and insights to leadership and stakeholders.
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  


• Experience within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
  


• Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Cornerstone, SuccessFactors Learning, Workday Learning, Degreed, Saba, Moodle, or similar platforms.
  


• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
  


• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  


• Experience working with global teams across multiple regions.
  


• Experience creating dashboards, reports, and operational metrics.
  


• Understanding of learning operations, learning administration, or corporate learning environments.
  


• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and initiatives simultaneously.
  

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting Digital Transformation initiatives.
  


• Exposure to AI adoption programs or AI enablement initiatives.
  


• Change management experience.
  


• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
  


• Experience with learning analytics and learner engagement reporting.
