We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions within a global pharmaceutical environment.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and Agile development teams to analyze business processes, define requirements, improve operations, and support the delivery of high-quality digital solutions. This role requires strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and experience working in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  


• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, use cases, and detailed specifications.
  


• Ensure requirements align with business objectives and organizational priorities.
  


• Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  


• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement gathering sessions.
  


• Build strong relationships across business and IT teams.
  


• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and recommendations.
  

Process Analysis & Improvement

• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
  


• Design and document current-state and future-state processes.
  


• Support process improvement initiatives using data-driven insights.
  


• Improve operational efficiency, quality, compliance, and user experience.
  

Agile Delivery

• Work closely with Product Owners and Scrum teams.
  


• Create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
  


• Participate in Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  


• Support testing activities, UAT, and solution validation.
  

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  


• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  


• Define and monitor KPIs and business metrics.
  


• Deliver actionable insights to support business decisions.
  

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
  


• Strong experience in business requirements elicitation and documentation.
  


• Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
  


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  


• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
