In the role of Business Analyst you will instruct, direct, and check the work of project engineers and personnel. You will be responsible for the completion of assigned engineering and task-related projects within budgetary and scheduling guidelines. You will lead groups of engineers, analysts, and/or technicians assigned for duration of project or functions as ongoing lead within a group of engineers associated with one or more technical areas (such as, but not limited to, design, engineering, implementation, or operations/user support). You will support service delivery management for contract oversight, monitoring and providing reports on personnel accountability. Communicates this area using briefings, updates, and reports. You will provide input to and deliver Monthly Status Reports (MSR) by the fifth (5th) of each month via electronic mail to Customer to provide status and accounting information, including summary of work performed and planned, milestones and updates, progress toward open efforts, significant variances, problems and corrective actions, personnel gains/losses/status, required Government actions, summary of travel, invoicing information/errors/resolution, and projected costs for current month. You will also provides general support to project and Customer team. As part of your duties you will support maintenance and management of Cybersecurity Operational Tools, communications, and configurations as related to Contractor cybersecurity duties, Distribution lists, Division Portal, etc. You will also assist in local coordination, scheduling, and internal attendance of Video Teleconferences when associated with project tasks as well as conduct daily end of day security checks, maintains Cybersecurity daily signoff sheets for Unclassified and Classified offices and spaces. Finally you will also provide surge support, technical guidance, and expertise in the areas of Cybersecurity to support Customer, Mission Partners, IMOs, ISSOs, IS Owners, Software Developers, Network System, and Database Administrators IAW all related cyber regulations and directives; provide results in reports, briefs, and deliverables as required to the appropriate Government representative. 5 years of relevant experience performing these functions BA/BS degree/An AA degree with 2 additional years of experience will substitute for a BA/BS Ability to obtain a secret clearance prior to start. 1 year of experience with DoD cybersecurity processes and regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in achieving excellent quality assurance goals Excellent written and verbal communication skills presenting material to senior executive personnel Ability to organize, direct, and manage operation support functions involving multiple complex and inter - related projects and / or tasks.
