The Business Analyst is responsible for providing business metric and portfolio analysis, report management, and project support at several different levels. The position requires the incumbent to have diverse administrative expertise and to oversee various policies, programs, and initiatives, to be able to think strategically, as well as perform in a proactive manner with limited supervision. The position also requires the individual to build and maintain relationships with business and product partners, technology management, and work closely with other organizations within the LOB.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Oversight / support of Resource Onboarding,

Define and operate the processes and controls that will function horizontally for the entire Merchant Services organization

Interaction with the senior leadership team and respective business support leads.

Project management

Issue and risk management

Ensure policy compliance for key processes owned/supported by Initiative Portfolio Management Team.

Required Skills:

MS Office, Strong Communications (verbal & presentation)

Organized, Strategic thinker

Ability to manage multiple work efforts; experience managing change at Bank of America under the Enterprise Change policy

Desired Skills:

Knowledge of BAC and systems, Merchant Services and Payments

Shift:

1st shift (United States of America)
