Position Summary :

The main function of a business analyst is to maintain vendor relationships, act as an analyst for non-IT projects, or fill organizational roles above an administrative level, but below a management level. Other responsibilities may include maintaining all project management processes, including project goals, deadlines, metrics, and budget. The business operations specialist usually reports to a project manager or director.

Position Responsibilities :

• Establish and maintain reporting for the Regional Customer Care and Aftersales Team.
• Communicate key data and insights to regional leadership and other stakeholders.
• Analyze data, make recommendations and comments, and present forecasts to the leadership team for business planning.
• Regularly review sales databases and generate regional reports, adding or maintaining new data as available.
• Streamline and/or improve upon processes, field resources/tools, and spreadsheets.
• Attend and actively participate in meetings with regional leadership.

Position Requirements :

• Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills are required.
• Experience developing SQL queries to research, analyze, and troubleshoot data and create business reports.
• Ability to create data visualizations, dashboards, and unified reports.
• Attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
• Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed.
