We are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst to join the Chief of Staff (CoS) team for the CTO (Chief Technology Officer) at Worldpay. This position is based in Cincinnati, OH , and aligned to the Worldpay University Program; a two-year program, suited to entry level joiners who aspire to develop a successful career with a leading payments company.

About The Team
The Chief of Staff (CoS) team for the CTO (Chief Technology Officer) is a group of professionals who support the CTO in executing the strategic vision and goals of the company. The team works closely with the CTO to manage the daily operations, communications, and projects of the technology department. The team also acts as a liaison between the CTO and other stakeholders, such as the executive team, the board of directors, the customers, and the employees.
The CoS team has several key functions, such as: Planning and facilitating the CTO's agenda, meetings, and events
Preparing and reviewing the CTO's reports, presentations, and proposals
Coordinating and tracking the progress and outcomes of the CTO's initiatives and priorities
Researching and analyzing the industry trends, best practices, and opportunities for innovation
Providing feedback and guidance to the CTO and the technology team on various issues and challenges
Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners and stakeholders
What You Will Be Doing Manage key organization projects for the CTO from ideation to execution
Create presentations and other materials for board meetings, conferences, and employee town halls refining the CTO's message to ensure that it is understood by the right audiences in varying settings
Collect and analyze financial, employee, organization, program, and other data to solve problems and identify opportunities for improvement
Drive efforts to create a positive organizational culture, boost employee excitement and establish Worldpay technology as the place to work for high caliber talent looking for opportunities
What You Bring Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills
Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work well independently and within a team
Bonus If You Have Project Management experience, in a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) Agile environment a plus
Experience/skills in creating creative and innovative communications
