About the role:

As a Business Analyst, you'll act as the voice of the customer to create a feasible implementation roadmap for our best-in-class products that will define the world of fintech. You'll work as part of a team and must be a self-motivated, proactive, and out-of-the-box thinker.

What you will be doing:

• Managing client onboarding and implementation from start to finish and training clients on product best practices

• Delivering working product increments to our clients, on time, on budget, and according to the best quality standards

• Working with product management, stakeholders, peers and teams to define and prioritize the product backlog for your team

• Engaging in scrum rituals and ceremonies

• Driving improvements in solution design, analysis and testing activities

What you will need:

• 1-3 years of project management experience

• Experience with ACH, real-time payments, OR FedNow

• Experience in banking or financial services

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Knowledge of basic financial analysis principles and ratios

• Proficiency in industry-standard process methodologies

• A bachelor's in business administration, finance, computer science or information systems or the equivalent experience

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $64,160.00 - $104,570.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
