Business Analyst II

We are looking for a Technical Writing Analyst to work for a leader in the utility industry. In this role you will be tasked to analyze the current training repository (OneNote) and work to consolidate documentation, refine scope, and update all details. This organization currently utilizes OneNote for storing all information regarding procedures, policies, tracking information, etc. Its very unorganized and we are looking for consultative advice to solution around whether there are other software systems that could be better utilized or stay in OneNote. Once we have that identified it will be sitting down with leaders across the organization to understand how we can make their lives easier with tracking / viewing this information. What do they want to see? Once we gather all that information and understand end goal, we start aligning all priorities and executing on work. Items will include moving files around, updating how documents are written, adding more content into the repository, re-alignment on structure and many other adhoc requests that will come in. We need this person to understand customer perspective, be a strong writer and have a positive attitude in work every day.

Required Skills & Experience- 4+ years of experience with techicnal procedural writting- Experience working in OneNote and other software solutions to build repositories- Understand how to re-write policies and procedures, add content, and build process from scratch- Experience with User Interface and understanding how a user wants to view information while being able to access it quickly- Confidence in being able to sit down with stakeholders and understand ideas of implementation- Excellent oral and written communication
