Pay Rate: $45.39/hr to $46.39/hr

Job Description:
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems, regulations, and user needs. Formulates requirements for systems to parallel overall business strategies.
Creates and writes requirements, data flows, process flows, and procedures. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 6-8 years of experience in the telecom or internet service provider field or in a related area.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
Key projects: Take requirements that are gathered and transcribe to other tools to make sure they can sort- create data sets. They would put them in an Excel worksheet, or tableau, using them to transcribe the requirements.
Looking at in depth- license info
Extracting details and putting into other documents
Used to help support- transition of controls to the actual control language
Responsible for legal and regulatory surveys
Will take direction from the hiring manager, and a little bit of a ramp-up
Need to work independently and make decision
Need to report on query that would come out of this- we would send out projects they are working on
Team size: growing- we have 4 folks - some in VA, but team is small the team size will change with a couple of people interviewing
We will double in size
Candidate Requirements: Don't require bachelor's
Have advanced excel- or database systems management knowledge (visual basics, graphics, tableau, SQL, C+)
Excellent communication skills- written and verbal
Help legal background- to review documents to review
Preferred: Can read and write in other language - Spanish is the most common language
