Business Analyst Loan Products

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Business Analysts with 8–10 years of AML expertise to support regulatory and data initiatives related to loan products. This role involves deep collaboration with technical and business stakeholders to ensure accurate data mapping, regulatory compliance, and effective integration with AML systems such as Actimize.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze source system data specific to loan products and map attributes to target AML platforms.
• Document data lineage, transformations, and logical mappings between DMI or other loan systems and Actimize.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document AML regulatory and typology requirements.
• Develop and maintain Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) to support AML system configurations.
• Partner with development teams to translate business requirements into Actimize rules and workflows.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.
• Perform impact analysis on rule changes and transaction typology updates.
• Write and execute SQL queries for in-depth data analysis and traceability.
• Ensure strong alignment with AML regulatory expectations and credit risk frameworks.

Qualifications:

• 8–10 years of experience in AML-focused business analysis, preferably within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of loan products, credit risk, and AML regulatory requirements.
• Prior experience with Actimize SAM and/or CDD modules is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL and data profiling techniques.
• Excellent understanding of transactional data (Loans, Wires, ACH, etc.).
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
