Business Analyst - P&C Commercial Lines - UM

BA (P & C Insurance - Commercial Lines) 1. 8+ years of Hands-on experience Supporting Applications Property & Causality insurance domain - commercial Lines insurance experience (especially Workers' comp, Audit, Auto, GL, Property, packaged policies.) 2. Strong exposure to Underwriting & the Policy admin application & functional knowledge 3. Good experience in legacy Modernization/sunset of legacy apps. 4. Strong communication skills, coupled with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders and should be able to communicate in business language. 5. The ability to work with existing regional teams managing and mentoring. 6. Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse set of customers or partners across multiple disciplines. 7. Display patience in difficult situations and drive customer delight in every action. 8. A passion for the business which we operate in and a dedication and drive towards continuous improvement. 9. Manage Application Support team members who are directly reporting and manage the relationship with all internal and third-party service suppliers. 10. Follow and drive appropriate departmental and company procedures and policies. 11. Recognize and develop the technical nontechnical skills and abilities of team members. 12. Willing to go the extra miles to provide excellent service. Reliable, able to work independently and inspire/motivate staff.
