What you’ll do day to day:

• Collaborating Across Teams: You’ll spend time partnering with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Support and Finance to untangle processes, map out workflows, and gather essential system requirements.


• Driving Agile Priorities: You will write detailed Jira work items, prioritize bugs, and manage backlogs to ensure engineering teams have clear direction and minimal rework.


• Building Strong Internal Relationships: You'll act as a trusted advisor to team members across the company—answering questions, listening to pain points, and presenting data-backed solutions to leadership.


• Measuring Success & Impact: Beyond just delivering tools, you’ll track project outcomes after launch to evaluate how well we met our objectives.
  
  

You’ll excel in this position if you:

• Experience working with Salesforce, email marketing tools, ticketing systems and other internal tools to streamline business operations.


• Are forward-thinking with technology, leveraging AI tools to drive deeper analytics and insights.


• Are confident navigating Jira to write clear work items, manage backlogs, and keep projects moving.


• Know how to influence without authority, building consensus and rallying cross-functional teams around shared goals.


• Are proficient with charting and flow diagramming tools to map out clear, efficient workflows.


• Have a proven track record of following and continuously improving business processes.
