Minutes to Seconds is looking for a Business Analyst with extensive knowledge of Data in a Contract role in USA.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering

• Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
  

• Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
  

• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement review sessions with cross-functional teams.
  

Data Analysis & Testing

• Perform detailed data analysis using SQL, Excel, and BI tools.
  

• Validate large datasets across systems to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency.
  

• Define and execute data test cases for end-to-end data flow validation, including source-to-target mapping.
  

• Collaborate with data engineers and testers to identify and resolve data anomalies.
  

Domain Expertise – Retail / Supply Chain

• Analyze processes related to inventory management, order fulfillment, procurement, POS, logistics, and supply planning.
  

• Understand and document data flows across systems such as ERP, WMS, OMS, or retail merchandising platforms.
  

• Work with SMEs to design enhancements and optimizations in supply chain or retail operations.
  

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Act as the liaison between business users, technical teams, and QA teams.
  

• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, wireframes, and dashboard mockups where needed.
  

• Present findings, solutions, and reports to stakeholders in clear business terms.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with proven data-related project experience.
  

• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience validating and reconciling datasets.
  

• Experience with data mapping, data lineage, and ETL validation.
  

• Familiarity with BI/Reporting tools.
  

• Proven experience working in the Retail or Supply Chain domain (mandatory).
  

• Understanding of supply chain workflows: inventory, warehousing, logistics, procurement, etc.
  

• Excellent documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ERP systems.
  

• Understanding of data lakes, data warehouses, and modern data platforms.
  

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools.
  

• Other relevant certifications.
