Note:- Remote Part-Time 20 hours a week. 5 days a week working 4 hours per day. Flexible on time.

Job Details: - This role functions as the liaison between functional business units and the IS organization.
- Must possess the skills to clearly capture and articulate the client's processes, partner with the client to identify process improvement, and translate strategies into information solutions.
- Requires strong analytical skills to understand complex business processes, identify problems, and develop solutions.
- Create detailed documentation, including business requirements documents, user stories, and process flows.
- Must pay close attention to detail to ensure that requirements are accurately captured and implemented.
- Work closely with stakeholders, project managers, and development teams, so strong collaboration skills are essential.
Basic Qualifications- Master degree OR Bachelor degree and 2 years of experience OR Associate degree and 6 years of experience OR High school diploma / GED and 8 years of experience.
Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and document detailed requirements for projects or systems.
- Knowledge on GxP and SOX Processes.
- Creating test plans and scripts, conducting testing, and validating that systems meet requirements and are user-friendly.
- Documenting current and future state processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Assisting with project management activities, such as creating project plans, tracking progress, and managing scope changes.
Day to Day Responsibilities:- Meeting with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements for projects or systems.
- Creating and maintaining documentation such as business requirements documents, functional specifications, and process maps.
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and their feedback is incorporated into project decisions.
- Generating reports and presentations to communicate project status, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders and management.
PAY RATE : $34/Hr on W2.
