Required:
- Solid BA, who can help capture user requirements in stories , group them based on business requirements that can be clubbed together and also able to translate them for developers.
- Having any exp with green building will be plus- will be working on a project focused around eco/energy efficient building projects, so understanding those principles is helpful
- if they cannot explain user stories to developer then we cannot use those stories. so having technical understanding is needed
- Need experience with Azure DevOps for tracking
- Someone who is able to question business teams to probe for reasoning, not just document- able to work across multiple groups and teams
