Business Analyst - Urgent Role

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is a premier provider of workforce management solutions, dedicated to linking skilled professionals with fulfilling career opportunities. For our client, a leader in the Retail Apparel and Fashion industry, we are seeking a Business Analyst Consultant to join their team to finish several key projects. This role is hybrid and is slated to last at least 2 months. The ideal candidate will have prior experience collaborating with business development teams to determine business requirements. They will also be able to drive projects through the design, development, and implementation phase of software solutions, as well as convert business requirements to technical requirements and ensure alignment of desired results between business and technical team.

Job Description:

• Collaborate with business development teams to determine business requirements
• Drive projects through the Design, development, and implementation phase of software solutions
• Convert business requirements to technical requirements and ensure alignment of desired results between business and technical team
• Ensure to remove issues/blockers and drive every request through successful completion
• Review & gain subject matter expertise in software integrations, architecture and third party apps
• Coordinate & communicate cross-functionally with various teams
• Perform discovery on technical requests to understand root causes and propose best-suited solutions based on current integrations and architecture.

Minimum Qualification:

• MUST:Extensive experience working with Shopify and retail return solutions
• Proficient in SaaS solutions
• Ability to quickly grasp, learn and gain subject matter expertise in current software architecture
• Proficient in Data Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Risk Analysis & Impact Analysis
• Proficient in understanding business requirements, converting them into technical requirements.
• Ensuring successful execution of a request by resolving issue/blockers on each request.
• Proficient in creating technical flow diagrams, architecture and SOP
• IT Project methodology experience including Agile.
• Expertise with OMS, WMS, Shopify, Middleware and Google Analytics
• Proficient with JIRA, Confluence, Google Sheets, Google Docs & Google Slides
