3 References from the recent projects are must.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in Business Architecture or similar strategic roles.
- 12+ years of experience leading large-scale digital transformation and business process reengineering (BPR) projects.
- 12+ years of experience with MITA (Medicaid Information Technology Architecture), including practical application in complex system environments.Experience with MITA State Self-Assessments (SS-A) is highly desirable.
- 10+ years of experience in business modeling using BPMN, UML, ArchiMate, and enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF.
- 10+ years of experience in analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- 10+ years of experience in communication, presentation, negotiation, and facilitation with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- 8+ years of experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and bridging business and IT.
- 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of experience working successfully with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize business processes.
Preferred:
- 12+ years of hands-on experience with Health and Human Services (HHS) integrated eligibility systems such as Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, and CHIP.
- 10+ years of experience working in government or public sector environments.
- 10+ years of experience with relevant certifications such as CBAP, TOGAF, BPMN, Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt).
- 10+ years of experience with Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies.
- 10+ years of experience in analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing complex business processes to improve efficiency and service quality.

- Business Process Reengineering (BPR), analysis, and optimization
- Digital transformation initiatives (planning & execution)
- Business modeling: BPMN, UML, ArchiMate, TOGAF
- Requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
