Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into Anaplan models and solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain Anaplan models, including data integration, calculations, and reporting functionalities, to support business planning, forecasting, and decision-making processes.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure the accuracy and reliability of Anaplan models and solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Anaplan functionality, best practices, and usage guidelines.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, and IT, to drive alignment and adoption of Anaplan as a central planning and analytics platform.
- Stay updated on industry trends, Anaplan features, and best practices to continuously enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of Anaplan solutions within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst, with a focus on business planning, financial analysis, or related areas.
- Proven experience designing and implementing Anaplan models, including advanced knowledge of Anaplan functionalities such as modules, lists, hierarchies, and formula building.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into actionable insights and Anaplan solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality, accurate, and reliable Anaplan solutions.
- Anaplan certification(s) preferred.
