Business analysts will develop analysis and reporting capabilities. \n \nResponsibilities \n \n\n\n * Perform discovery and analysis of requirements based on current system functions, and business needs\n * elicit business requirements\n * translate business requirements to functional requirements\n * clarify any questions engineering team have\n * Produce Data maps between source and target systems.\n * Interpret data and analyze results.\n * Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.\n * Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.\n * Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.\n * Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.\n * Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.\n * Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.\n * Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.\n * Project co-ordination.\n\n\n\nSkills\n\n * Proven working experience as a business analyst or business data analyst.\n * Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques\n * Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.\n * Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.\n * Experience in system migrations efforts preferred. \n \n\n\n\n\nPreferred Experience \n\n * 3 years of Interpreting data, analyzing results.\n * 3 years in Data mapping projects\n * 3 years of SQL\n * Strong communication skills\n * Life insurance industry experience is a plus.\n\n\n\nTop skills\n\n * Strong Integration/Mapping experience\n * Insurance background\n * Data mapping between systems\n * SQL\n * Project coordination \n \n\n\n\n\nBasic Qualifications\n\nMinimum 8 years Business Consulting experience\n\nEducation\n\nBachelors degree in a related field\n\nAbout NTT DATA\n\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
