Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Location:

Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. This is a primarily in-person position that offers occasional remote flexibility when circumstances require it. We value the collaboration, mentorship, and client service that come from working together in the office.

Note:

Candidates must be admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. While 4+ years of legal practice experience is preferred, we are open to attorneys at different experience levels who demonstrate strong character, sound judgment, a willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in business representation and civil litigation.

Job Description

• Represent business clients in civil litigation and a variety of day-to-day legal matters
• Advise clients on contracts, business formation, employment matters, and real estate issues
• Manage litigation matters from initial strategy through resolution, including hearings, negotiations, discovery, and trial preparation
• Draft and review agreements, pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents
• Build trusted relationships with existing clients while helping expand long-term business relationships
• Manage a varied caseload while providing responsive, practical, business-minded legal advice
• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas and benefit from substantial institutional knowledge and mentorship
• Gradually assume responsibility for an established book of business as part of the firm's long-term succession strategy

Qualifications

• Admission to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court required
• 4+ years of legal practice experience preferred, but not required
• Civil litigation, commercial litigation, business law, contracts, employment, or real estate experience strongly preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple client matters while remaining responsive and organized
• Practical, service-oriented approach to advising clients
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to continue learning
• Portable business, business ownership exposure, or experience working closely with business owners is a plus

• Required Years as Associate: 4+ preferred; less experience considered
• Salary Bands (Only if attorney role): $70,000 to $90,000 expected total compensation including bonuses. 
• Entry-level/no portables client-stated base is approximately $50,000 to $60,000 plus unlimited bonus. Experienced candidates with provable portables may receive 40% of provable portables plus unlimited bonus.
