Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Revenue Reconciliation Specialist to join the MCCCD - Rio Salado Community College team in Tempe, AZ. This role will be responsible for reconciling multiple months of donation revenue to the cash disbursement reports using Excel. If you have a strong attention to detail, solid Excel skills (including advanced proficiency), and experience in revenue reconciliation, this is an excellent opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile donation revenue to cash disbursement reports.
- Match names and amounts on each report to ensure accuracy.
- Use Excel for data analysis and reconciliation tasks.
Required Skills:
Accounting knowledge.
Excel (Intermediate to Advanced).
Reconciliation experience.
- Ability to work with disbursement and revenue reports.
Requirements:
- Local Arizona candidates only.
- Must be able to work onsite in Tempe, AZ.
- Availability to start immediately.
Duration:
- Minimum of 2 weeks, with the possibility of extension based on project needs.
