Are you energetic, organized, and love working with people—especially kids? Our vibrant pediatric dental office is looking for a Business Assistant who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a passion for delivering top-notch patient service.

What You’ll Do:

Greet patients and families with a smile

Manage appointment scheduling and front desk operations

Assist with insurance verifications and billing with accuracy

Support a team that’s passionate about children’s dental health

We’re Looking For:

A friendly, detail-oriented multitasker

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Prior experience in a dental or medical front office is a big plus

Self motivated to go above and beyond
