In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth daily operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting our commitment to delivering quality care. Your Schedule Will Be:

Monday – Wednesday: 7:00am – 6:00pm, Thursday – 7:00am – 5:00pm, Friday – 8:00am – 1:00pm

*Includes morning huddle

Required:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

As a Business Assistant, you will:                     

• Welcome visitors and patients, ensuring efficient notification to staff and adeptly handle phone communications.
• Oversee appointment scheduling and calendar management to achieve practice's care objectives and financial targets.
• Address patient financial concerns, maintain accurate financial records.
