PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:   

  1. Acquire, grow and retain business banking relationships across FVSBank’s market  

  2. Recognize and analyze business financial and service needs to provide appropriate solutions  

  3. Ensure relationship compliance with all underwriting procedure, bank credit policy, commercial compliance and regulatory requirements  

4. Proactively cross-sell all business and retail bank services to grow overall bank market share  

5. Achieve monthly relationship development and referral goals  

6. Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction  

7. Establish visibility in the community through volunteer service 

8. Follow all confidentiality, security and regulatory procedures  

9. Participates in professional associations; attend industry-related conventions, conferences and reads pertinent publications

10. Develops relationships with other bank-related executives to enhance network and to increase awareness of new       services/opportunities

11. Represents Bank at various civic and community events to ensure positive image for the bank; establish referral contacts within the community

12. Conduct self in accord with the Bank’s Core Values and Bank Policies
