Overview

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting business solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the system meets business needs and enhances overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customise Dynamics 365 Business Central to align with business processes.
• Provide support and training to users, ensuring they can effectively utilise the system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Requirements

• Proven experience in implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong understanding of business processes and how they integrate with technology.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 are a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with related Microsoft products such as Power BI or Azure.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
