How you will make a difference
The XTIVIA Functional Consultant role is a mid-level role responsible for working

closely with clients to understand their business requirements, translate these into

functional specifications, and ensure that the implementation of solutions meets the

desired outcomes. You will act as a bridge between the business and technical teams,

ensuring that the solution is aligned with business goals.

• Work closely with clients to gather and document business requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of their processes  and needs.
• Analyze client requirements and translate them into functional specifications for technical teams.
• Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to design and configure solutions that meet business requirements.
• Develop detailed process maps to outline current and future business processes.
• Lead the functional testing of the solution, ensuring it meets the clients requirements and is free of defects.
• Provide training to end-users and support clients during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user manuals.
• Assist in project planning, timeline estimation, and coordination of project activities to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

What you bring to your new team

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM systems, or other enterprise software. 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose effective solutions.

• Experience in project management or coordination is preferred.
• Microsoft Certification: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate

$90,000 - $1150,00 commensurate with experience

You will also be eligible for the XTIVIA employee bonus plan.
