Location: Field-based across New York, California, Florida, Oregon, Indiana and Kansas
Salary: $65,000-$85,000 depending on experience
OTE: Up to $200,000 with uncapped commission

About the opportunity

Our client is a confidential, fast-growing US provider of HR outsourcing and professional employer organisation services, helping businesses streamline payroll, benefits, compliance and workforce management.

We are recruiting an experienced Business Consultant to drive new business across key US territories. This is a full-cycle, client-facing sales role focused on winning new business through consultative selling to SMB and mid-market organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through proactive prospecting and outreach
• Own the full sales cycle from first contact through to close
• Build relationships with decision-makers across SMB and mid-market organisations
• Conduct discovery calls and present tailored HR and payroll solutions
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Meet or exceed revenue and activity targets
• Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline records
• Support smooth onboarding and long-term client success
• Track market trends, competitors and industry developments
• Manage an assigned territory and prioritise high-value opportunities

About you

• Proven B2B sales success with consistent target achievement
• Strong consultative selling and discovery skills
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and managing a full sales cycle
• Territory-management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable in a high-performance environment
• Stable career history showing commitment and progression

Experience in SaaS, HCM, payroll or PEO environments is highly desirable.
