Business Controls Oversight, Senior Associate

Core Responsibilities

1. Provides support in the implementation of divisional/business control solutions.

2. Performs daily divisional/business control management tasks and analyzes risk issues.

3. Develops effective relationships with management and crew throughout the company.

4. Monitors, reports, and assists in the development of divisional/business control activities. Prepares and analyzes data and dashboards. Uses available data to monitor progress and measure success.

5. Maintains awareness of regulatory risk and control topics. Seeks to understand broad industry and Vanguard trends regarding divisional/business risk and control.

6. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years related work experience, with three years experience in threat analysis. Supervisory experience preferred.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
