Business Data Analyst

The

Entry-Level Data Analys t will be responsible for managing data queries and creating dashboards using Tableau. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen interest in data visualization and reporting.
Responsibilities:
Data Queries:

Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various databases.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting thorough data validation and cleansing processes.
Collaborate with team members to understand data requirements and provide accurate and timely data insights

Dashboard Development:

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau.
Translate business requirements into visually appealing and informative data visualizations.
Continuously improve dashboard performance and usability based on user feedback and best practices.

Data Analysis:

Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.
Prepare and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Support ad-hoc data analysis requests as needed.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Sales Administration, and Customer Experience to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other collaborative activities to enhance team knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics or a related field.
Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation preferred.
Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other data analysis software.
Basic understanding of data warehousing concepts and relational databases.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
