BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION: The primary focus of this position is to oversee and maintain the deer and moose lottery databases. This will include learning the intricate details of the deer and moose lottery databases. This position will collaborate with MaineIT to resolve system issues and implement enhancements based on management directives or legislative changes. This role also includes responsibility for managing or assisting with data collection, data entry and the preparation of reports for data related requests. This position will also be required to become familiar with the Department’s licensing and registration system, MOSES. Work is performed under limited supervision.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A six (6) year combination of education, training, and/or professional experience in project management, systems analysis, business analysis, program specialty, or related field.
Preferences will be given to candidates with experience with database management and knowledge of relational database design.
