Position Overview
The Business Development Manager is responsible for fostering client relationships and expanding business accounts. Their primary goal is to identify growth opportunities, negotiate deals, and ensure long-term partnerships to drive revenue and achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Analysis and Strategy:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the facility maintenance industry.

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with company objectives.

  • Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their facility maintenance needs.

  • Lead the development of proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations to secure new business.

  • Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional services.

  • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client retention.

  • Sales Pipeline Management:

  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.

  • Utilize CRM tools to track and report on sales activities, pipelines, and outcomes.

  • Industry Networking:

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and stay abreast of industry trends.

  • Represent the company in a professional manner, enhancing its visibility and reputation.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in business-to-business sales, with a proven track record of successful sales experience.

  • 3+ years in commercial maintenance, facility maintenance, electrical, or plumbing

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
