Requirements

 Position Requirements:

As our Sale Representative, you will meet with our customers and develop relationships which is key to our growth and expansion. The right candidate will be able to directly engage customers with business management, problem resolution and sales development topics on a routine basis. We are looking for someone who is professional and commited. This person will spend a couple of months learning our systems from our engineers, estimators, customer service reps and other personnel. Additionally, an understanding of technical engineering concepts will make this person a valuable member of our highly technical team.

This is a salary and commission-based position with new business development as a key driver to success. 

· Outgoing personality with the ability to develop relationships.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Must be detail orientated and highly organized

· Strong negotiation skills

· General Computer Efficiency

· Bachelor’s degree, engineering or technical degree a plus

· Maintain regular contact with clients and key partners

· Learn and be able to discuss the various types of electroplating at a high level

· Manage expenses to optimize territory coverage

· Moderate travel required
