Help us expand our reach and impact by building strong relationships with referral partners across Worcester & parts of Middlesex County.
Key Responsibilities:
Forge and nurture partnerships with real estate offices, assisted living facilities, retirement communities, and elder law attorneys.

Create a steady stream of referrals to support our mission.

Generate and manage reports to track our success and growth.

Engage in our comprehensive training program to become a senior transition expert.

Master our CRM system to monitor your progress and activities.

Immerse yourself in our operations by working alongside our dedicated team.

Qualifications We're Looking For:
Proven track record of building successful partnerships.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

A proactive, positive attitude with a drive to embrace our company's goals.

Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Team player mindset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media savvy.

Compensation:
$23.50 per hour plus bonus incentives.

Weekly gas allowance to keep you on the move.
