Description

Must be good with people and able to communicate effectively.

Must be available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.

JOB DUTIES

  • taking photos and video of all fresh inventory
  • uploading and maintaining listings on website
  • ensuring state compliance on inventory (including stickers, buyer’s guides; Kunes branding),
  • being a social media champion (creating and posting content, monitoring and addressing responses and reviews),
  • customer delivery coordination
  • other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Pull/Email reports daily as requested by Management
  • Take vehicle photos on fresh inventory and load into system
  • Video walkthroughs on fresh inventory, using CoVideo software
  • Post Stock Stickers/Buyer’s Guides/Key Tags in fresh inventory
  • Lot Audits to ensure all inventory has proper signage & branding
  • Stay up-to-date with current inventory
  • Send fresh listings to Sales Staff
  • Create content and post on social media
  • Monitor and address social media responses and google reviews
  • Use CoVideo as a tool to heighten engagement
  • Stay up to date with Kunes RV Marketing
  • Confirm delivery calendar is correct and up-to-date
  • Phone call reminders to customers as requested by Management
  • Post Delivery CSI
  • Thank you cards created and mailed
