Business Development Advisor

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Business Development Advisor for Clay, Platte and Eastern Jackson county area to join our team.

Here's what you'll be doing...

• Develop and nurture relationships with referral sources, such as hospitals, physicians, independent living facilities and assisted living facilities.


• Drive sales goals by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.


• Plan and execute strategies to promote our services and increase client base.


• Act as a brand ambassador for Home Instead representing our values and mission.


• Provide detailed information about our services and care plans to potential clients.


• Establish and maintain accurate records of sales and prospecting activities to maximize territory potential.


• Coordinate with the Care Team to ensure seamless service delivery. 

You're the perfect fit if you have...

• Proven experience in customer service, sales, or consultative role, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Empathetic and compassionate approach to client interactions.


• Strong organizational and time-management skills.


• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.


• Proficiency in using computer systems and maintaining client records.


• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
