Business Development Agent | Giles Subaru | Lafayette, LA

WHAT’S GOING ON?
Our Giles Subaru Service Center has a strong team, and we’re looking for a bright, outgoing individual to support our service advisors.


WHAT DO YOU GET?

WHAT ARE WE SEARCHING FOR?


We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys helping people. Customer service experience is a plus. The ideal candidate is ambitious, confident, outgoing, professional, and eager for meaningful work.

WHAT DO YOU DO?




  • Engage with customers and understand their needs




  • Support service advisors throughout the customer experience




  • Answer inbound service calls




  • Notify customers about recalls and parts arrivals




  • Follow up on service experiences




  • Scan service tickets




  • Provide receptionist coverage as needed




  • Participate in team/process improvement sessions




  • Learn service offerings and develop product knowledge




  • Build long-lasting customer relationships




  • Bring a positive, energetic attitude daily




QUALIFICATIONS




  • Customer service experience




  • Strong communication and listening skills




  • Positive, professional, and hardworking demeanor




  • Strong computer skills




  • Valid driver’s license
