Serene Healthcare Staffing is a fast-growing healthcare staffing agency in Washington State. We specialize in placing Medical Laboratory Scientists (MLS), Medical Laboratory Technicians (MLT), and Phlebotomists in hospitals, diagnostic labs, and healthcare systems. Our mission is to help labs reduce staffing shortages, maintain compliance, and improve patient care outcomes.
We are seeking a motivated Business Development & Client Success Manager to lead our laboratory staffing growth efforts. This unique role combines new client acquisition with account management, making you the primary point of contact for both building and expanding client relationships. Youâll be responsible for bringing in new contracts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, and helping Serene Healthcare Staffing grow across Washington and beyond.
Business Development
Identify and prospect new laboratory clients (hospitals, diagnostic labs, independent pathology labs, and clinical research organizations).
Build and manage a sales pipeline, secure staffing contracts, and lead MSA negotiations.
Represent Serene Healthcare Staffing at networking events, industry conferences, and professional associations.
Client Success & Account Management
Serve as the main contact for existing clients, ensuring staffing needs are met.
Collaborate with recruiters and credentialing teams to ensure timely placements.
Monitor client satisfaction and proactively expand contracts through upselling and cross-selling services.
Track performance metrics and report on client engagement and revenue growth.
3+ years of experience in healthcare staffing, laboratory services, or healthcare B2B sales/account management.
Proven track record in new business acquisition and client retention.
Strong understanding of hospital labs, diagnostic testing, or healthcare staffing.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) is a plus.
Bachelorâs degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
Competitive base salary ($70,000 â $90,000 DOE) + uncapped commission.
