Business Development & Donor Relations Assistant (Entry-Level)

We’re hiring a Business Development & Donor Relations Assistant (Entry-Level) to support in-person fundraising campaigns, donor engagement, and nonprofit partnership development throughout the Columbus region. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build a purpose-led career while working directly with organizations making a difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Support live fundraising events, pop-up activations, and nonprofit outreach campaigns

• Represent nonprofit partners at community festivals, retail activations, and public events

• Contribute to outreach strategy by researching giving trends and nonprofit funding opportunities

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of campaign deliverables

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communicator with an upbeat, relationship-focused approach

• Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple tasks at events

• Passionate about nonprofit missions, donor engagement, and community service

• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team environment

• Previous experience in fundraising, events, or public outreach is a plus—but not required

• Must be available for occasional evening or weekend events
