The Home Care Consultant is a dynamic, client-focused professional responsible for driving growth through strategic outreach and relationship-building. You will play a key role in connecting seniors and their families with the care they need by fostering community partnerships, generating new client leads, and representing our services to healthcare professionals and referral sources.

Key Responsibilities:

  Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate qualified leads

  Cultivate and maintain relationships with referral sources, including healthcare providers and community organizations

  
  


• 
  

  Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities, referrals, and client information

  
  


• 
  

  Represent Caring Senior Service at community events, networking meetings, and industry functions

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with office staff and caregivers to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience and high-quality service delivery

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Prior experience in a sales, marketing, or outreach role within home care, healthcare, or a related field

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of home care services, industry regulations, and medical terminology

  
  


• 
  

  Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

  A genuine passion for working with seniors and improving their quality of life

  Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment

  
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• 
  

  Competitive base salary: $45,000–$55,000 annually
