About the Position:

Mountainside is seeking a relationship-driven, highly organized Outreach Coordinator to help expand and strengthen our referral network. This vital role focuses on maintaining and deepening connections with professionals who entrust us with their clients' care—ensuring they feel supported, informed, and confident in our partnership.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, with evenings and weekends as needed

Your Role:

• Cultivate strong, ongoing relationships with current referral partners and keep them informed about staff updates and program enhancements.


• Proactively re-engage past referral sources who haven’t referred recently and work to rebuild trust and collaboration.


• Support the admissions team by connecting them with referral sources in a timely, professional manner.


• Ensure consistent communication between counselors and referral sources throughout a client's stay.


• Help coordinate aftercare referrals and connect clients to higher levels of care when needed.


• Serve as a point of contact for assigned territories and ensure regional relationships are well maintained.


• Remain knowledgeable and compliant with all relevant federal, state, and accreditation regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.S., B.A.) from a four year accredited college or university.


• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in health care business development/marketing environment with measurable business development results, and a knowledge of chemical dependency treatment principles, preferred.

Compensation:

Salary will be determined based on relevant experience and qualifications. Actual pay is determined based on a number of job-related factors including skills, education, training, credentials, experience, scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, performance, and working conditions.
