Evergreen Advisors’ Location Strategies (ELS) practice is seeking to hire a highly motivated Business Development Associate/Manager. ELS is an international site selection group that assists companies in identifying locations to expand or relocate, analyzing labor markets, negotiating incentive packages, providing implementation services, and determining optimization in supply lines and logistics. We focus on projects in the $50 mm to $100mm dollar investment range and are currently working on projects in 22 states and two countries.

nside Sales Business Development Associate/Manager
to join our team. The position involves working with a dynamic team on multiple projects simultaneously, applying analytical skills and learning new tools while gaining first-hand consulting experience.
Responsibilities:
o
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and email outreach
o
Develop tailored sales pitches and communications for diverse audiences
o
Collaborate with established channel partners to maximize opportunities
o
Build and manage a client pipeline
o
Drive the sales process from initial contact through strategy, proposal, presentations, and successful conclusion of new business opportunities
o
Engage with stakeholders and decision-makers across all levels, including C-suite, HR, Finance and primary decision-makers
o
Prepare comprehensive reports and present information effectively, in oral, graphic, and written form
o
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, economic development professionals, local, county, state, and federal agencies, external partners, and clients
o
Travel as needed, including attendance at industry trade shows and events, to expand networks and strengthen relationships
o
Leverage resources from across the company to deliver desired outcomes
Qualifications
o
Proficiency in corporate productivity and web presentation tools
o
Strong phone presence
o
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and LinkedIn
o
Ability to work independently, multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, and deliver results
o
Comfort with cold calling and adept at relationship building
o
Excellent communication and presentation skills
o
Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft compelling content
o
Three or more years of experience in sales
o Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related business discipline
o
1-3 years of work experience in related consulting or business development positions is helpful but not required
