Business Development Associate Entry Level

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to join our team. In this entry-level role, you'll support our efforts to build partnerships, engage with potential clients, and assist in fundraising campaigns for nonprofit organizations. This is a hands-on position where you will directly contribute to business growth while helping charitable causes make a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Build relationships with potential clients and partners, educating them on nonprofit missions and encouraging support.

• Business Development: Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to grow our client base.

• Fundraising Support: Help achieve fundraising targets by supporting outreach campaigns and engaging with donors.

• Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing community and retail events that raise funds for nonprofits.

• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and event attendees.

• Sales and Promotion: Promote participation in events and initiatives to drive awareness and support.

• Data Tracking: Track donations and sales, ensuring accurate reporting of key performance metrics.

• Team Collaboration: Work with the team to meet business goals and contribute to overall success.

• Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients and partners to improve future campaigns.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Passion for business development and supporting nonprofit causes.

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or business development is a plus but not required.

• Ability to manage time effectively and track donations accurately.

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (this is a traveling position).
