Key Responsibilities

• Identify New Business Opportunities Proactively pursue and develop new leads to support business growth and expand market presence.
• Market Research & Analysis Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and potential clients to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead Generation & Prospecting Support the development, tracking, and nurturing of qualified leads to build strong sales pipelines.
• Client Engagement & Sales Presentations Represent the company in meetings, pitches, and presentations, building credibility and trust with prospective clients.
• Relationship Management Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with clients and stakeholders to ensure sustained business success.
• Marketing Collaboration Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns and outreach initiatives.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting Analyze sales activities and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategy.
• Proposal Development Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and sales materials to secure new partnerships.
• Networking & Industry Events Attend industry events, networking functions, and community engagements to increase brand visibility and generate opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Interest in Sales & Business Development Strong passion for sales, marketing, client relations, and event-based marketing strategies.
• Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
• Organization & Time Management Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and stay highly organized in a fast-paced environment.
