We are seeking a part-time (20 hours/week) contract Business Development Associate to become an integral part of our team! you will be responsible for new business development through lead generation, client contacts, client meetings resulting in new business wins and continued cultivation of the client.

Responsibilities:
- Research new companies and complete pre-call planning.
- Source and Identify company contacts.
- Execute new business development calls.
- Schedule and execute client meetings with leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 1 year sales experience in staffing/recruiting industry required
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to build rapport with clients
