Now Hiring: Business Development Center Administrator

Great customer relationships start with the first conversation.

Atlantic Coast Honda is looking for a Business Development Center Administrator to connect with prospective customers, manage follow-up, and turn interest into dealership appointments.

Think of this role as a blend of account management, customer service, and sales support. You’ll manage a pipeline of customers, understand what they’re looking for, and help guide them toward the next step in their car-buying journey.

Experience in account management, customer success, inside sales, business development, or customer service can translate well into this opportunity. Automotive experience is a plus, but not required.

What You'll Do

• Manage and follow up with prospective customers from online, phone, and other lead sources.
• Build relationships through phone, text, email, and online communication.
• Learn what customers are looking for and help guide them toward the right next step.
• Schedule appointments and maintain consistent follow-up before their dealership visit.
• Maintain accurate customer information and activity within the dealership CRM.
• Learn our inventory, current offers, and promotions to confidently assist customers.
• Partner with the sales team to create a smooth experience from initial contact to showroom visit.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in account management, customer success, inside sales, business development, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence connecting with customers by phone, text, and email.
• Strong organization and follow-through.
• Comfort managing multiple customer relationships and priorities.
• Ability to learn CRM systems and dealership technology.
• A positive, motivated, and team-oriented approach.
• Automotive experience is a plus, but not required.
