Herson's Auto Group is a family-owned dealership in Rockville, MD that has been a leader in the auto industry for over 60 years. Herson's is currently looking for a full time Business Development Center Agent to assist prospective car buyers and maximize potential sales.

Do you have outstanding communication and phone skills? Are you motivated and energetic? We want you!

The Business Development Center (BDC) Agent is the first person many customers come in contact with when they are seeking out a new or pre-owned vehicle. BDC Agents effectively communicate with these consumers and assist them in their buying process. We will provide the tools to help you succeed whether you have little or no experience in the automotive industry.

• The right person can earn $50K - $70K per year. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle all incoming internet, email, phone, text and chat leads in a timely manner using a CRM system


• Work with leads accordingly to set an appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration with a salesperson


• Learn and maintain expertise on vehicles, including their features, functions and availability


• Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Multi-tasker


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs


• Driven to hit sales quotas and goals


• Spanish is a Plus!


• Must be able to Work Evenings & Weekends
