Join Our Ford Dealership Team!

Are you outgoing, motivated, and great at connecting with people? Green Ford is looking for a Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our growing team!

As a BDC Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers. You'll help create a great customer experience by responding to internet leads, following up with prospective buyers, scheduling appointments, and helping our sales team turn opportunities into customers.

What You'll Do

  Respond promptly to incoming internet, phone, and customer inquiries

  Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective customers

  
  


• 
  

  Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments

  
  


• 
  

  Build relationships with customers through phone, text, and email

  Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activity in the CRM

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff to the dealership

  
  


• 
  

  Follow up with missed appointments and unsold customers

  
  


• 
  

  Meet and exceed monthly appointment and performance goals

  
  


• 
  

  Provide an exceptional customer experience from the first interaction
